Privacy without giving up St. George
Stone Cliff sits high above southeast St. George, but it is not tucked miles outside of town. That combination is a big part of its appeal: elevated views and a controlled, private setting while still being convenient to everyday St. George.
The community dates to the mid-1990s and has developed gradually, so the homes are not all from one architectural era. Nearly everything is custom or semi-custom, which means the house, lot, elevation, orientation and view corridor matter much more here than a subdivision-wide floor plan or price-per-square-foot number.
WHY STONE CLIFF STANDS OUTIn Stone Cliff, you are buying the lot and the view too.
Two beautiful homes with similar square footage can live very differently here. One may sit on an interior lot while another opens to an expansive valley, mountain or red-rock view. Elevation, orientation, privacy and what sits in the sightline can matter just as much as finishes inside the home.
That is why I would never evaluate a Stone Cliff home from the listing photos and price-per-square-foot alone.

You’re looking for a 55+ community
