Hey there!
I’m Bailey Barranger
I’m a licensed Realtor in both Utah and New Mexico, helping buyers, sellers, and families navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence, clarity, and a personal touch. With active real estate licenses in both states, I proudly serve clients throughout Southern Utah and the Las Cruces, New Mexico area, combining local expertise with a genuine passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home!
After building my real estate business and establishing deep roots in Las Cruces, my family and I recently expanded to St. George, Utah as part of the growth of our golf course business and to be closer to friends and family. While I’m excited to serve clients throughout Southern Utah, I remain just as active and committed to helping buyers and sellers in New Mexico as ever.
I’m a proud wife and mom of two, and my family is at the heart of everything I do. My kids often join me for showings, open houses, and appointments, so when you work with me, you’re getting the full Barranger crew—family-focused, detail-driven, and fully invested in your success.
In addition to real estate, my husband and I own and operate golf courses in New Mexico and Texas. Through these businesses, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the importance of community, investment, and the lifestyle that makes a house feel like home.
Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for your dream property, relocating, investing, or preparing to sell, I’m committed to providing honest guidance, exceptional service, and a seamless experience from start to finish. I would be honored to help you achieve your real estate goals in Utah or New Mexico
