  • Of course! I can preview homes, video-tour neighborhoods, compare routes and surroundings, and help you decide which properties are worth a flight or an offer.

  • You can explore, but knowing your comfortable payment helps keep the home conversation realistic. I can connect you with a trusted lender and build your short list from there.

  • Sometimes - but builder timelines, incentives, upgrades, contracts, and lot premiums vary. Having your own agent from the first visit gives you someone focused on comparing the full picture.
