Private living in one of St. George’s wildest landscapes.
Entrada is not just a luxury neighborhood with a golf course. The club, the homes and the landscape are all part of the experience.
Set against Snow Canyon’s red and white cliffs and ancient black lava flows, Entrada combines gated luxury real estate with private-club golf, wellness, dining, social events and some seriously hard-to-replicate Southern Utah scenery.

The club is not an amenity - it is part of the lifestyle.
Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club is a private club community on St. George’s west side near Snow Canyon. It is one of those places where the setting hits you before the house does: lava fields, desert arroyos, red sandstone and Snow Canyon views frame much of the community.
But Entrada is also more layered than it looks from outside the gates. The broader community contains numerous residential sections and more than one property owners association, so the exact property matters when we are looking at membership requirements, dues, architectural rules and ownership responsibilities.
WHY THE LEDGES STANDS OUTDo not choose Entrada from the listing photos alone.
The setting is too important. One house can feel tucked into lava with incredible privacy; another can open toward golf, Snow Canyon or red-rock views. The drive, the lot and the club itself are part of deciding whether Entrada makes sense for you.
I can preview homes, video the streets and surroundings, look at the neighboring lots, help compare the different Entrada sections and coordinate the real-estate side while you get current membership information directly from the club.
IF YOU'RE RELOCATINGYou might love it here if…
The setting matters as much as the house
You are willing to prioritize lava, cliffs, views, privacy and architecture instead of simply comparing homes by price per square foot.
You want the country club life
Golf, dining, events, wellness, pickleball, fitness and having a built-in social environment sound like things you would use — not fees you would resent paying.
You may want to compare other areas if…
You do not care about club amenities
If golf, dining, fitness, pools and the social side would barely get used, I would compare luxury communities where the home itself is more of the focus.
You want the simplest ownership costs
HOA and club obligations are part of the Entrada conversation. If minimizing recurring community costs is high on the list, we should compare other areas.
You like luxury without feeling flashy
You are drawn to desert architecture, natural materials and homes that disappear into the landscape more than oversized gates and over-the-top finishes.
You want brand new construction
Entrada is established and intentionally tied to its desert setting. If new-build inventory and a newer resort-community feel are the priority, Desert Color may be a better comparison.
