Golf. Trails, and Red Rock Views.
Coral Canyon is what happens when you want the amenities of a master-planned community — but you do not necessarily want to live in the middle of brand-new construction.
Built around an 18-hole public championship golf course in Washington, Utah, Coral Canyon blends established landscaping, pools, parks, miles of trails, red-rock scenery and a surprisingly wide range of homes.

It has something newer neighborhoods can’t manufacture: time.
Bloomington sits on the south side of St. George near the Virgin River and was developed largely beginning in the late 1960s and 1970s. That history shows up in the best way: mature landscaping, established streets, larger parcels in some pockets, and homes that do not all look like they were selected from the same three floor plans.
There is also real range here. You can find original homes ready for a renovation, beautifully updated properties, golf-course frontage, townhomes, custom homes, pools, RV parking, and larger-lot properties.
WHY BLOOMINGTON FEELS DIFFERENTOlder does not automatically mean outdated.
It is a large master-planned community made up of different villages and sections. Two homes can both say “Coral Canyon” in the listing and still have different home styles, HOA obligations, amenity access, maintenance setups and even different rental rules.
This is one of those communities where I want to know the exact address before I tell you whether the home fits what you are trying to do.
BAILEY'S TAKE | THE THING I WANT BUYERS TO UNDERSTANDCoral Canyon might deserve a spot on the tour.
If Desert Color feels too new and a fully custom luxury community feels like more than you need, Coral Canyon often becomes an interesting comparison. You still get a planned-community lifestyle, but inside a more established setting with a much broader mix of home types.
I can preview homes for you, drive the exact village, show you the amenity locations, check how the property sits against the golf course or surrounding lots, and help you understand what is actually included before you fly in.
IF YOU'RE RELOCATINGYou might love it here if…
You want amenities without the brand-new development
You like the idea of pools, fitness, courts, parks and trails — but you would rather live somewhere that already feels established.
You like golf nearby
You want the scenery and convenience of a golf community without having to join a private club just to live there.
You may want to compare other areas if…
You want new construction
If the newest floor plans, untouched finishes and active new-construction phases are the priority, I would compare Sienna Hills, Desert Color and other newer communities.
You want a private golf club lifestyle
Coral Canyon’s course is public. If membership, club culture and a private-golf social scene are part of the dream, let’s compare Entrada, The Ledges or other private-club options.
You want options at different price points
You like having townhomes, lower-maintenance homes, traditional single-family properties and golf-front options inside the same broader community.
You don’t want a HOA
Coral Canyon is a planned community with association rules and dues. If maximum property flexibility matters more than shared amenities, I would widen the search.
